These no-bake and unbelievably easy Chocolate Marshmallow Squares are delicious and fun to make!
These no-bake and unbelievably easy Chocolate Marshmallow Squares are delicious and fun to make! These squares are loaded with rainbow marshmallows, chocolate, and peanut butter. You do the math on how flavorful these are 🙂
About This Recipe
- Alright, these cuties require no baking. Yes, no-bake! These delicious and fun Chocolate Marshmallow Squares come together in no time.
- I am using semisweet chocolate for the base, but white chocolate, butterscotch chips, or milk chocolate will work.
- For additional flavours, I have included some peanut butter. However, you can replace that with more chocolate.
- We need one ingredient to solidify and make it possible to cut the square shapes. Butter will play that role in this recipe, solidifying it so that squares are cut neatly.
How To Make This Recipe
- Preparing these squares is probably the easiest recipe you have ever made.
- Start melting the butter, chocolate chips, and peanut butter. You can place them in a saucepan and melt them on medium heat. It takes a few minutes for these ingredients to melt. Stir occasionally until the mixture is homogenous and lump-free.
- Let the mixture sit on the counter for 10 minutes. This lowers the temperature so that when the marshmallows are added, they won't melt inside the chocolate.
- For extra flavour, you can add shredded coconut, nuts, etc. I did not add any of these, but they are optional.
- Add the marshmallows to the chocolate mixture and gently mix.
- Line a square 9X9 with parchment paper, pour the mixture into the pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.
- Place the pan in the fridge for a couple of hours until it is hard enough to cut.
- You can cut them into different sizes, squares, or any other shapes or sizes.

Storing: These Chocolate Marshmallow Squares stay fresh in an air-tight container in the fridge for 10 days.
