About This Recipe
- This recipe calls for pantry ingredients, meaning there are no fancy ingredients. Well, you might want to buy the Mini Reese cups.
- Apart from the mini Reese cups, we need All-Purpose Flour, Butter, Brown Sugar, Egg, Vanilla Extract, and Salt. Let's not forget about the mini chocolate chips. I added this ingredient to make these Mini Reese Blondies more chocolate flavour. However, it is optional. You can add more mini Reese cups if you omit the chocolate chips.
- This recipe differs from the other blondies because I made it in a loaf pan and wanted thicker bars. However, the bars will be thinner if you make this recipe in a brownie 8-inch pan.
How To Make These Mini Reese Blondies
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and let it cool.
- Sift the all-purpose flour and salt and set aside.
- Whisk the egg, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until the mixture looks homogenous and creamy.
- Add the melted butter and mix well.
- Sift the flour and salt mixture on the batter and use a rubber spatula to mix everything.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Line a 9X5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper and spread ⅔ of the batter in the pan.
- Place the mini Reese cups into the batter and gently press them down.
- Spread the remaining batter over the Reese cups. You can cover the cups entirely or let the cups show through a bit.
- Bake the Mini Reese's Blondies in a 350F oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top is slightly golden.
- Let the blondie cool down completely before removing it from the pan and cutting.
