Different Blends
- Different recipes call for different spice blends, and quite often, recipes ask for single measurements of other spices—for instance, 1 teaspoon nutmeg, ½ teaspoon clove, etc.
- Here, you get to see different blends depending on your preference. These blends can be used interchangeably depending on what flavour you are willing to have.
- All the below ingredients are ground spices.
- Look for a blend that suits your type of recipe and mix all the ingredients.
- Keep the blend in a cool and dark place. I keep mine in the fridge. If kept in a warm place and exposed to too much light, spices will lose their intensity, colour, flavour, and aroma.
