1) Base: Melt the butter, add the cocoa powder and sugar. Gradually add the beaten egg, and mix.

1) Base: Mix in the crushed cookies, pecans and shredded coconut.

1) Base: Press down this mixture to the bottom of pan. chill in the fridge.

2) Custard: Prepare the custard layer by mixing the custard powder, sugar and cream. Spread over the chilled base.

2) Custard: Smooth out the custard with a spatula. and chill again.

3) Top: Melt the butter over double boiler, add heavy cream. Spread this over the chilled custard. and smooth out.
