Step 1: Beat The softened butter and sugar until creamy and fluffy

Step 3: Kead the dough for a few minutes. Split in half and make a log out of each section of the dough.

Step 4: Wrap each log in cling wrap and chill for an hour.

Step 5: Cut each log in 1/2 inch discs, and place on the baking sheet.

Step 6: Bake and let cool down comp;etely.
