Ingredients
 

For The Cream Filling

  • 450 gr Mascarpone Cheese, Room temperature
  • cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon zest
  • ¼ cup Lemon juice
  • cup Lemon curd
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

For The Soaking Syrup

  • 2 tablespoon Limoncello, See the post
  • ¼ cup Heavy cream
  • ¼ cup Simple Syrup
  • 40 Lady Finger Cookies

How To Make The Cream Filling

  • Leave the Mascarpone cheese out of the fridge beforehand to come to room temperature. Mix the cheese, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and sugar with whisk attachment.
    450 gr Mascarpone Cheese, 1¼ cup Heavy cream, 1 cup Sugar, 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • Add in the lemon juice, and zest and mix well.
    2 tablespoon Lemon zest, ¼ cup Lemon juice
  • Add the lemon curd to the cream filling to enhance the lemon flavour throughout this Lemon Tiramisu. Beat the mixture until stiff picks form.
    ⅓ cup Lemon curd

How To Make The Soak Syrup

  • Mix the Limoncello, simple syrup, and heavy cream separately. Lightly soak one side of the lady finger cookies into the soak and arrange one layer of the cookies at the bottom of a 13X9-inch casserole dish.
    2 tablespoon Limoncello, ¼ cup Heavy cream, ¼ cup Simple Syrup, 40 Lady Finger Cookies
  • Cover the top of the cookies with cream filling and smooth it out with an offset spatula. Drop dollops of lemon curd over the cream filling. Place the second layer of the soaked cookies over the dish.
  • Cover the top with another layer of cream filling and smooth it out. Cover the top of the tiramisu with cling wrap and refrigerate it for 4 to 5 hours or overnight. Before serving, spread a layer of lemon curd over the tiramisu. You can decorate the top with lemon slices, mint leaves, and pipping cream.
