Whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt and add to the above mixture. Gently mix.
2 cups All-purpose flour, 3 teaspoon Baking powder, ½ teaspoon Salt
Pour the batter into the lined pan. Dip the tip of a spatula into a bowl of oil and run it in the batter lengthwise. This will make the heat get into the loaf and bake better. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Let it cool down before glazing.
How To make The Glaze
Mix all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth. If it is too runny add one tablespoon powdered sugar, and if it is too stiff, add a small amount of milk.
