Ingredients
For The Cookies
- 1 cup Butter, Room Temperature
- 1⅓ cup Sugar
- 2 Egg, Room Temperature
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
- 3¼ cups All-purpose flour, Spooned and leveled
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1½ teaspoon Cream of Tartar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
For The Cinnamon Sugar
- ½ cup Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F, and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk together all the dry ingredients and set them aside.3¼ cups All-purpose flour, ¼ teaspoon Salt, 1 teaspoon Baking soda, 1 teaspoon Cinnamon, 1½ teaspoon Cream of Tartar
- Using the paddle attachment, beat the soft butter with sugar until creamy and light.1 cup Butter, 1⅓ cup Sugar

- Switch to a rubber spatula and fold in the dry ingredients. Gently mix the ingredients. Do not overmix.
- Roll the dough into small balls, and roll each ball in the cinnamon sugar mixture½ cup Sugar, 2 tablespoon Cinnamon, 1 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
- Place them on the lined baking sheets. Leave at least 2 inches of space between them. Bake for 10-11 minutes.
- Cookies are ready when their top has some cracks, and edges are set. The center might look raw and that's okay. They keep baking when out of the oven.
