- Start adding the powdered sugar in a ¼ cup at a time, and mix well before each addition.
- At last, add the vanilla extract. I want to keep my frosting as bright as possible and add clear extract, but pure vanilla extract works well.

- 16 ounce Cream cheese, 2 blocks at Room temperature
- 1 cup Butter, Room temperature
- 7-8 cups Powdered sugar, Sifed
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract, Preferably clear
Instructions
- Leave the cream cheese and the butter out of the fridge a few hours before.
- Using the paddle attachment break up the blocks of cream cheese.16 ounce Cream cheese
- Add in the butter and mix well for about 2 minutes.1 cup Butter
- Once the cream cheese and butter are mixed well, add the powdered sugar in ¼ cups and mix well after each addition.7-8 cups Powdered sugar
- At last, add the vanilla extract and mix.1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
- Beat the mixture for two more minutes until smooth and creamy.
