- 2 cups All-purpose flour, Spooned and leveled
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Baking soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Granulated sugar
- 1 cup Butter
- 1 cup Water
- 2 eggs, Room temperature
- ½ cup Sour cream, Room temperature
- 1 teaspoon Coconut extract, Or almond extract
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
For The Icing
- ½ cup Butter
- ⅓ cup Milk
- 3½ cups Powdered sugar, Sifted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Walnut, Toasted

How To Make The Cake
- Preheat the oven to 375℉, and grease and flour a 9X13-inch baking sheet. Set it aside.
- Chop the walnuts (or Pecan). Spread them on a baking sheet and put the pan in a 350℉ oven for 10-15 minuts until they are golden in colour and their aroma is released.1 cup Walnut
- Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar. Set aside.2 cups All-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon Baking powder, ½ teaspoon Baking soda, ½ teaspoon Salt, 2 cups Granulated sugar
- Place the butter and water in a saucepan and put over medium heat until it comes to a boil.1 cup Butter, 1 cup Water
- Pour the mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well. The mixture resembles warm pudding.
- In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, sour cream, vanilla extract, and coconut extract and add to the above mixture. Mix well and pour into the prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes.2 eggs, ½ cup Sour cream, 1 teaspoon Coconut extract, ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
How To Make The Icing
- In the meantime, make the icing. Melt the butter and add the milk. Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix well. Add the vanilla extract and Mix in the toasted walnuts.½ cup Butter, ⅓ cup Milk, 3½ cups Powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- Let the cake cool down for 10-15 minutes, then turn in on a cooling rack
- While the icing is still warm, pour it over the warm cake.
