This White Texas Sheet Cake is rich, moist, flavourful, and easy to make. This Is a thin layer of moist cake topped with warm, creamy icing and sprinkled with walnuts.
Preheat the oven to 375℉, and grease and flour a 9X13-inch baking sheet. Set it aside.
Chop the walnuts (or Pecan). Spread them on a baking sheet and put the pan in a 350℉ oven for 10-15 minuts until they are golden in colour and their aroma is released.
1 cup Walnut
Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar. Set aside.
2 cups All-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon Baking powder, ½ teaspoon Baking soda, ½ teaspoon Salt, 2 cups Granulated sugar
Place the butter and water in a saucepan and put over medium heat until it comes to a boil.
1 cup Butter, 1 cup Water
Pour the mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well. The mixture resembles warm pudding.
In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, sour cream, vanilla extract, and coconut extract and add to the above mixture. Mix well and pour into the prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes.

How To Make The Icing
In the meantime, make the icing. Melt the butter and add the milk. Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix well. Add the vanilla extract and Mix in the toasted walnuts.
½ cup Butter, ⅓ cup Milk, 3½ cups Powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Let the cake cool down for 10-15 minutes, then turn in on a cooling rack
While the icing is still warm, pour it over the warm cake.
