Preheat the oven to 350. Grease and line a 9X 9 square pan. Set aside.
Mix both flours, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and clove. Set aside
2½ cups Almond flour, 1 cup Gluten-free flour, 1 teaspoon Cinnamon, 1½ teaspoon Baking powder, 1½ teaspoon Baking soda, ½ teaspoon Clove
In a large bowl mix the melted butter, coconut milk, Brown sugar, and coconut sugar. Beat well. You do not need an electric mixer. A spatula will do the trick.
¾ cup Coconut milk, ½ cup Vegan butter, melted, ¼ cup Brown sugar, ½ cup Coconut sugar
Add the dry ingredients to the above mixture, and mix well.
Add the chopped apples
1½ cups Chopped apple
Pour this batter into the prepared pan, and smooth out the surface. The batter will be thick and it's okay.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the sides are set.
