Place the cubed butter and the vodka in the freezer.
Put the flour, spice, sugar, and salt into the food processor and pulse a couple of times.
1¼ cup All-purpose flour, 2 tablespoon Sugar, ½ teaspoon Fall spice, ¼ teaspoon Salt
Add the cold butter to the flour mixture and pulse 10 times.

Add 2 tablespoons of cold vodka, and pulse for another 10 times.
¼ cup Vodka
Dump the dough on a clean kitchen towel, and wrap the cloth over the dough to make a bagger's purse shape. Put this in a plastic bag and place it in the fridge until you work on the apples.
How To Make The Apple Filling
Thinly slice the apples. Mix the sugar and the spice.
4-5 Apples, ¼ cup Sugar, ½ teaspoon Fall spice
How To Assemble
Preheat the oven o 425°F.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to ¼ inch thickness. Place the dough sheet over the tart pan, and press it down and to the sides. Cut the excess dough from the edges of the pan.
Sprinkle the sugar-cinnamon mixture all over the apples. Scatter the butter cubes on top and bake for 40-45 minutes. The tart is done once the apples change color and change slightly golden brown.

Let cool down for 15 minutes before removing from the pan.
