Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Grease and flour a bundt pan or a 9-inch X 9-inch metal baking pan. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, stir together flour, cinnamon, warm spice blend, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
2 cups+2 tablespoon All-purpose flour, 2 teaspoon Warm vanilla spice blend, 1 teaspoon Cinnamon, 1 teaspoon Baking powder, 1 teaspoon Baking soda, ¼ teaspoon Salt
In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat butter and both sugars on low speed until blended.
½ cup Butter, 1 cup Dark brown sugar, 2 tablespoon Granulated sugar
Increase the speed of the mixer to medium-high and beat for 3 minutes until well combined and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Add in the condensed milk and vanilla extract and mix well. The mixture will become smooth and silky.
½ cup Sweetened condensed milk, 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Reduce mixer speed to low and beat in applesauce (don’t worry if the mixture looks curdled, it’s supposed to look that way!
1¼ cup Applesauce
Using a rubber spatula beat in flour mixture on low until smooth, scraping the bowl occasionally.
Scrape batter into prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean (bake time is the same for both the bundt pan and the 9×9 pan).
Cool completely on the wire rack. Just before serving, dust with powdered sugar.
