Prepare the Bundt cake pan with Cke Goop. See post.
Preheat the oven to 350F, sift all dry ingredients, and set them aside.
3 cups All-purpose flour, 2½ teaspoon Baking Powder, ½ teaspoon Salt, 1 teaspoon Cinnamon, ½ teaspoon Nutmeg
Cream the butter with both sugars for at least 3-4 minutes until light and fluffy.
1 cup Butter, 2 cups Brown sugar, ¼ cup Granulated sugar
Add the oil and mix well.

Add the eggs, one at a time and mix well after each. Add vanilla extract and mix.

Next, add in sour cream and mix well.

At the end, use a rubber spatula to fold in the dry ingredients and gently mix. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, then tap the pan on the counter a few times to release the air bubbles.
Bake the cake for 35 to 40 minutes. It is ready when an insert into the center comes out clean. Let it cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer it to the cooling rack to cool down fully.
Brush the cake with melted butter and use a clean brush to apply the cinnamon sugar to its surface. Enjoy it with a cup of tea or coffee.
