Preheat the oven to 350℉. Line a 12-cavity cupcake pan with liner and set aside.
Sift all dry ingredients, and set them aside.
1½ cups All-purpose flour, ¼ cup Cocoa powder, ½ teaspoon Baking powder, 1 teaspoon Baking soda, ¼ teaspoon Salt
Melt the butter and mix with oil and sugar. Mix well.

Add the vinegar, vanilla extract, and strawberry extract, and mix until the mixture is smooth. It may look a bit broken, but that is okay.
1 tablespoon White vinegar, 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract, ½ teaspoon Strawberry extract
Add the egg and mix well for 2-3 minutes.

Start adding the sifted dry ingredients alternating with brewed coffee. Start and finish with dry ingredients. Do it in three passes. Do Not Overmix.

Fill the liners to their ¾ capacity, and bake them for 15-18 minutes. Let them cool down completely before decorating.
