Preheat the oven to 350°F, and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
Mix the espresso powder and warm milk to dissolve the espresso.
2 tablespoon Espresso powder, 2 tablespoon Milk
Mix dry ingredients and set them aside.
2½ cups All-purpose flour, ½ cup Cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon Baking soda, ¼ teaspoon Salt
Melt the butter in a saucepan, then transfer the melted butter to the mixing bowl and whisk the butter and melted butter until well blended.
1 cup Butter, 1 cup Light brown sugar
Add in he eggs, and vanilla extracts. Whisk for 3-4 minutes until the mixture is light in color.

Switch to a rubber spatula, and gently fold in the dry ingredients and mix.
At the end fold in the mini chocolate chips.
1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Use an ice cream scoop and drop cookie dough on the lined baking sheet. Leave two inches of space between them. Place a good amount of green and red M&Ms on top of the cookie dough balls.
1 cup Green & red M&Ms for topping
Bake for 10-12 minutes. Leave the cookies on the baking sheet to cool down, and then transfer to the cooling rack to cool down.
