Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease an 8-inch pan and line with parchment paper. Set it aside.
Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, set aside
2 cups All-purpose flour, 2 teaspoon Baking powder, ¼ teaspoon Baking soda, ¼ teaspoon Salt
In a food processor, mix the cottage cheese, yogurt, sugar, butter, and vanilla extract until well blended and smooth.
¾ cup Cottage cheese, ⅓ cup Plain yogurt, ¼ cup Sugar, ¼ cup Butter, 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
Add the flour mixture to the food processor and mix until a dough forms.
Lightly flour a clean surface, and knead the dough a few times until all the ingredients are blended and you can form a large ball.
Wrap the dough in a plastic wrapper and set it aside. No resting time is needed. Only set the dough aside until you make the filling.
