For The Bars
- 2 cups All-purpose flour, Spooned and leveled
- 1 cup Sugar
- ¾ cup Oil
- 1 Large egg, Room temperature
- ½ cup Honey
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 cup Chopped pecans
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
For The Chocolate Ganache
- 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup Unsalted butter, Melted
How To Make The Bars
Preheat the oven to 300°F, spread the pecans on a baking sheet, and roast for 5-8 minutes. Set them aside.

Increase the oven temperature to 350°F. In a large bowl, beat sugar, oil, honey, and egg until well blended.

In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; gradually beat into the sugar mixture. Stir in 1 cup of chopped pecans.

Spread into a greased 8X8 brownie pan. Bake until golden brown (edges will puff up), 10-12 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack.
How To Make The Ganache
Mix the chocolate chips and the butter in a bowl. Place the bowl in boiling water. (Double boiler) Stir constantly until smooth.
1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips, ½ cup Unsalted butter
Pour over the cool bars. Put in the fridge for half-hour an. After the ganache is solidified, cut the bars into squares.
