Preheat the oven to 350°F, and line an 8X8 pan with parchment paper.
Melt the butter in a saucepan, then add the cocoa powder and mix.
½ cup Butter, ½ cup Cocoa powder
Add in both sugars and mix vigorously for a few minutes. Let it cool down for 10-15 minutes.
¾ cup Granulated sugar, ¼ cup Brown sugar
Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, and gently mix.
2 eggs, 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Fold in the flour and salt, and gently mix. Add the chocolate chips.
¼ cup All purpose flour, ¼ teaspoon Salt, ½ cup Mini chocolate chips
Pour the batter into the prepared pan, and smooth out the top.
Sprinkle the top with the crushed pretzels, and potato chips, and toss the mini chocolate chips all over the batter.
1 cup Pretzels, 1 cup Potato chips, ¼ cup Mini chocolate chips
Bake for 35-40 minutes, the brownie is done when the edges are set and an insert comes out with some batter sticking to it and not fully wet.
Let the brownie cool down in the pan for half hour then transfer it to the cooling rack to cool down completely before cutting it.
