Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9X15 inch pan with parchment paper, and grease with oil spray.
Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the graham cracker crumbs.
1⅓ cup All-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon Baking powder, ¼ teaspoon Salt, ¾ cup Graham cracker
Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
½ cup Butter, ½ cup Sugar
Then add the egg and vanilla and mix well.
1 Egg, 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix. The dough will have the consistency of the play dough.
Save ½ cup of the dough for the topping, press the dough on the bottom of the prepared pan, and spread evenly.
Place the chocolate bars over the dough and cover the surface completely.
5-6 Milk chocolate bars
Spread the marshmallow fluff all over the chocolate. This part is a bit messy and sticky.
1 jar Marshmallow fluff
Scatter the reserved ½ cup dough in form of clusters over the marshmallow fluff.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top, is golden. Let cool in the pan for 30 minutes and then transfer to the cooling rack. Let cool completely before cutting.
