Ingredients
 

For The Base

  • 1⅓ cup All-purpose flour, Spooned and leveled
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Butter, Room temperature
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg, Room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup Graham cracker, Fine crumbs

For The Chocolate layer

  • 5-6 Milk chocolate bars

For the Marshmallow Layer

  • 1 jar Marshmallow fluff, 215 Gr.

How To make The Base Layer

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9X15 inch pan with parchment paper, and grease with oil spray.
  • Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the graham cracker crumbs.
    1⅓ cup All-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon Baking powder, ¼ teaspoon Salt, ¾ cup Graham cracker
  • Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
    ½ cup Butter, ½ cup Sugar
  • Then add the egg and vanilla and mix well.
    1 Egg, 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
  • Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix. The dough will have the consistency of the play dough.
  • Save ½ cup of the dough for the topping, press the dough on the bottom of the prepared pan, and spread evenly.
  • Place the chocolate bars over the dough and cover the surface completely.
    5-6 Milk chocolate bars
  • Spread the marshmallow fluff all over the chocolate. This part is a bit messy and sticky.
    1 jar Marshmallow fluff
  • Scatter the reserved ½ cup dough in form of clusters over the marshmallow fluff.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top, is golden. Let cool in the pan for 30 minutes and then transfer to the cooling rack. Let cool completely before cutting.
