- 1 cup Condensed milk, One can
- 2 cups Heavy cream, At least 30%
- 1 cup Berries
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla bean paste
Place the bowl and the whisk attachment in the freezer.
Line a 9X5 loaf pan with parchment paper, and place it in the freezer.
Mix the condensed milk and the vanilla extract. Add in the berries and place this bowl in the fridge.

In the cold bowl, use the cold whisk attachment, and whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
2 cups Heavy cream
Gently fold in the milk and berry mixture. Just until the mixture is smooth and flowy. Do not over-mix.
Pour this mixture into the lined loaf pan and cover with cling wrap. Freeze for at least 4-5 hours.
