Preheat the oven to 350℉ and line 16 cupcake pan cavities with liners. Set aside.
Mix the Nescafe powder and hot water, and set aside to cool down.

First, beat the room-temperature butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs one at a time and mix well after each one.

Mix the room-temperature milk, oil, vanilla extract, and Nescafe mixture in a separate bow.

Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt and add one-third of the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk mixture. This will be three parts of dry ingredients and two parts of liquid ingredients. Start and finish with dry ingredients.
2½ cups All-purpose flour, 2½ teaspoon Baking powder, ¼ teaspoon Salt
Fill them up to ⅔ of their capacity. Bake them for 17-18 minutes, and let them cool down before frosting.
