Preheat the oven to 350°F, and line the bottom of an 8-inch pan with parchment paper, and set aside.
whisk together all the dry ingredients and set them aside.
1 cup Almond flour, 1 cup All-purpose flour, 2 teaspoon Baking powder, 1 teaspoon Baking soda, ¼ teaspoon Salt, ½ teaspoon Cardamom powder
Whisk together the sugar, orange juice, and orange zest.
1 cup Sugar, 1 tablespoon Orange zest, 1 Orange- Medium size
Add in the eggs and whisk vigorously, for about 3- minutes. add vanilla extract.

Add in the sour cream. Mix until well blended. Using a rubber spatula, add the dry ingredients and gently fold them in.
⅔ cup Sour cream
Stream in the olive oil, and gently mix. Bake for 40-50 minutes.
¾ cup Olive oil
After 20 minutes open the oven and cover the pan with a piece of tin foil. This prevents the top from browning too much.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, and then flip on a cooling rack. Dust the top with powdered sugar.
