Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and line a 9X5 loaf. Leave some parchment paper on side to lift the cake.
Whisk all the dry ingredients, and set aside.
1¾ cups All-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon Baking powder, ½ teaspoon Salt
Using a mixer, beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, orange zest, and the orange extract if using, For 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
¾ cups Sugar, 2 Eggs, 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon Orange extract, 1 tablespoon Orange zest
Add in the oil and the yogurt and mix for another 2 minutes.
⅓ cup Oil, 1 cup Greek yogurt
Add the dry ingredients in three alternating additions with the orange juice.
⅓ cup Orange juice
Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 40 minutes. Let cool down for 10 minutes, then transfer to the rack.
Let the loaf cool down completely, then prick the top of the loaf with a toothpick.
