Preheat the oven to 350℉ and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Sift all dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
2 cups -1 tablespoon All-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon Hot chocolate mix, 1 teaspoon Baking soda, ¼ teaspoon Salt
Cream the room-temperature butter with both sugars until fluffy and light.
⅔ cup Butter, ⅔ cup Brown sugar, ⅓ cup Granulated sugar
Add the eggs, yolk, and vanilla extract. Beat the mixture for about two minutes.

Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture. Mix just until there is no trace of flour is seen.
Mix in the chopped Oreos and chocolate chips. Cover the dough and chill it for an hour.
2 cups Oreos, 1 cup Chocolate chips
Scoop the dough onto the lined baking sheet. Leave a two-inch space between them. Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes.
Run a round cookie cutter around the cookies to give them a round shape, and immediately add some extra chocolate chips and chopped Oreos on top of the cookies.
Let the cookies cool down on the sheet for 10 minutes, then transfer them to the cooling rack to cool down completely.
