Sift all the dry ingredients and set side.
3½ cup All-purpose flour, 2½ teaspoon Baking powder, ½ teaspoon Baking Soda, 1 tablespoon Fall spice, ½ teaspoon salt
In a measuring cup mix all the brewed coffee, coffee granules, vanilla extract, and sour cream. Set aside.
1 cup Sour cream, 1 tbs Vanilla extract, ¾ cup Brewed coffee, 1 tablespoon Coffee crystals
Set the stand mixer on the paddle attachment. Beat the butter, two sugars, and the oil for good two minutes. Take your time with this step. The mixture should look light and fluffy.
½ cup Oil, 1 cup Sugar, 1 cup Brown sugar, ¾ cup Butter
Add the eggs, one at a time, and mix well after each one.

Remove the bowl from the stand mixture, and using a spatula, add the dry ingredients alternating with wet ingredients. Start and finish with dry ingredients.
