Whisk the Eggs, Sugar, Melted Butter, Milk, and Vanilla Extract until smooth and slightly light in colour.
2 Eggs, ¾ cup Milk, ¼ cup Butter, ¼ cup Sour cream, ½ cup Granulated sugar
Add dry ingredients in two additions and gently mix. The batter will be fluffy and airy. Do not Overmix.
Pour the batter into the piping bag and cut the tip of the bag with scissors to an inch hole. Pipe the batter into the greased pan cavities to ⅔ of their capacity. It is essential not to overfill the cavities.
