Banana bread is one of the oldest and most traditional; recipes we have ever baked. Having said that, not all recipes are worth making. Let me assure you that this recipe will give you The Best Banana Bread.
Melt the butter, let it cool, and then mix it with the oil and sugars. Use a hand whisk to combine everything.
⅓ cup Butter, ⅓ cup Oil, ¾ cup Granulated sugar, ¼ cup Brown sugar
Add in the eggs and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Mash the bananas and add to the mixture.

Sift all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl. Add this mixture to the batter and gently fold in. Do not overmix the batter.
Preheat the oven to 350℉. Grease and line a 5X9-inch loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving some paper from the sides to lift the loaf. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. I sprinkled the top with a tablespoon of cinnamon and almond flour, which is optional. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
The loaf is ready when an insert into its center comes out clean. Let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then lift the parchment paper from the sides to lift the loaf and transfer it to a cooling rack to cool completely.
