Preheat the oven to 350℉ and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. To make these cookies, you do not need a stand mixer. A hand mixer is fine.
Melt the butter and let cool down slightly, then add sugars and whisk until well blended.
½ cup Butter, ¾ cup Brown sugar, ½ cup Granulated sugar
Add the egg and vanilla extract and whisk well before adding the following ingredients.
1 Egg, 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Add the peanut butter and molasses and mix well.
¼ cup Peanut butter, 1 tablespoon Molasses
Sift the dry ingredients into the mixture and mix until there is no trace of flour.
1½ cup All-purpose flour, ½ teaspoon Baking soda, ¼ teaspoon Salt
Scoop the dough onto the lined baking sheets the size of a walnut in a shell, and top them with a few chopped peanuts.

Bake them for 12-15 minutes. Do not overbake them. They are done when the edges are set.
