Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9x5 Loaf pan with parchment paper, and set it aside.
Melt the butter and add the oil. Mix in the two sugars, and mix well.
¼ cup Butter, 2 tablespoon Oil, ½ cup Sugar, ½ cup Brown sugar
Add the egg and the vanilla extract. mix until incorporated.

Mix the salt, and the espresso powder into the flour and add to the batter. Mix in the cocoa powder and mix until all the four and cocoa powder is disappeared. DO NOT OVERMIX.
½ cup All-purpose flour, ¼ teaspoon Salt, ½ cup Cocoa powder, ½ teaspoon Espresso powder
Fold in the chocolate chips. gently mix all in.
½ cup Mini chocolate chips
Batter will be thick. Pour it into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. until the surface becomes shiny, and the sides are set. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
Let cool completely before removing it from the pan.
