Vanilla Ice Cream- No Churn

Ingredients
 

  • ¾ cup Condensed milk, Sweetened
  • 2 cups Wipping cream, At least 30%
  • 1 Vanilla pod, scraped bean
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract, Clear

Instructions
 

  • Place the whisk attachment and the bowl of a stand mixer in the freezer.
  • Line a 9X5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper and put it in the freezer.
  • Scrape off the beans of a vanilla bean, along with the clear vanilla extract, add to the condensed milk, and mix well. Put the bowl in the fridge.
    ¾ cup Condensed milk, 1 Vanilla pod, ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • Whipp the whipping cream in the chilled bowl until stiff peaks are formed.
    2 cups Wipping cream
  • Gently fold the condensed milk into the whipped cream, until a smooth and silky mixture is formed. DO NOT OVERMIX OR DEFLATE THE WHIPPED CREAM
  • For any berry ice cream, add one cup of frozen berries at this stage, and mix.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight.
  • Serve with chocolate sauce or any preferred additions
