Vanilla Ice Cream- No Churn
Easy and delicious no-churn Vanilla Ice Cream that does not require any ice cream maker.

- ¾ cup Condensed milk, Sweetened
- 2 cups Wipping cream, At least 30%
- 1 Vanilla pod, scraped bean
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract, Clear
Place the whisk attachment and the bowl of a stand mixer in the freezer.
Line a 9X5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper and put it in the freezer.
Scrape off the beans of a vanilla bean, along with the clear vanilla extract, add to the condensed milk, and mix well. Put the bowl in the fridge.
¾ cup Condensed milk, 1 Vanilla pod, ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
Whipp the whipping cream in the chilled bowl until stiff peaks are formed.
2 cups Wipping cream
Gently fold the condensed milk into the whipped cream, until a smooth and silky mixture is formed. DO NOT OVERMIX OR DEFLATE THE WHIPPED CREAM
For any berry ice cream, add one cup of frozen berries at this stage, and mix.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight.
Serve with chocolate sauce or any preferred additions
